Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to operator and event organizer policies.

1. Bus Ticket Refund

  • Cancellation must be requested before departure time.
  • Refund amount depends on the operator’s cancellation policy.
  • Service charge may be deducted.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

2. Event Ticket Refund

  • Event tickets are generally non-refundable.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refund will be processed.
  • If an event is postponed, ticket remains valid for new date.

3. No Refund Cases

Refund will not be provided if:

  • Passenger misses the bus or the event.
  • Incorrect booking details provided by user.
  • Ticket is used or partially used.
  • Cancellation requested after departure/event start.

4. Refund Method

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
