Refunds are subject to operator and event organizer policies.
1. Bus Ticket Refund
- Cancellation must be requested before departure time.
- Refund amount depends on the operator’s cancellation policy.
- Service charge may be deducted.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
2. Event Ticket Refund
- Event tickets are generally non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refund will be processed.
- If an event is postponed, ticket remains valid for new date.
3. No Refund Cases
Refund will not be provided if:
- Passenger misses the bus or the event.
- Incorrect booking details provided by user.
- Ticket is used or partially used.
- Cancellation requested after departure/event start.
4. Refund Method
Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
